Great tool to keep at your desk and work your grip in a GTG style.

I used this to start a grip work using the GTG style. This is great as a crush grip trainer before you move on to the harder versions like COC/ Ironmind etc. I am seeing considerable improvement in my grip strength using this method and tool. The plastic is sturdy enough to give it my all.

Cons: the adjustable mechanism is actually just a bolt with a plastic cap. The cap tends to be loose and slip off often. It is nothing serious performance wise just an eye sore.
