- When we receive an order, we forward it to the appropriate sellers.
- Our seller hands it over to our trusted delivery partners once all of the quality checks and packing are completed.
- The package is then delivered to you by one of our delivery partners. They will contact you to rectify the issue if they are unable to reach your stated address or at a convenient time.
- Domestic Shipping — At this time, we only deliver within India. We neither import products from outside the country nor export any products.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
- You will receive an SMS/email after your order has been shipped with the tracking number and the courier firm that is handling your order.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand your enthusiasm to receive the ordered products and use them. Hence, we ensure that you receive them at the earliest.
All the products will be shipped and delivered within the time specified on the product page.
We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.)
You will receive your order within 1-6 days depending on the product and your location.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
Don't be concerned! This is a perfectly regular scenario. This simply means that various parts of your order may have been shipped from different warehouse locations.
Are there any delivery charges applicable to my order?
Our endeavor is to be able to ship you your desired product at a minimal cost. Several low-value products have substantially greater delivery expenses for sellers. In certain situations, a small delivery fee might assist cover logistical expenses. Please review your order summary to see how much each product will cost in shipping.
