Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy :

At KriyaFit, we are dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer convenient options for refunds, returns, and exchanges. Our easy and hassle-free process will make your shopping experience with us a memorable one.

Exchanges :

Need a different size, colour, or product? No problem! We offer exchanges for unused products in their original condition with all original packaging, warranty cards, and tags, within 10 days of delivery.

For replacements/exchange, either of the following conditions applies: 

If a product requested for an exchange is out of stock for more than 24 hours a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

Exchange is applicable only on the same product. 

A product received in a damaged condition or a missing component is returnable within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds :

Receive full refunds for any damaged or defective products purchased on our website within 10 days.

We offer full refunds for unused products in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact, within 10 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed to the account details provided on the refund form within 3 to 5 Business Days. In case the customer expects an instant refund, KriyaFit can issue a gift card equal to the order amount which can only be redeemed on our website.

Returns :

If you would like to return a product, we accept returns only for unused products, in their original condition with all original packaging, warranty cards, and tags intact, within 10 days of delivery.

Returns are not applicable to all products and categories

Products received in a damaged condition are refunded after being thoroughly inspected by the Customer Experience team. 

For orders that received bulk discounts, the credited amount will be adjusted appropriately for a refund.

Cancellation : 

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Terms & Conditions :

Please note that we cannot process refunds, returns, or exchanges for the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • Products that are returned without their original packaging, including the MRP/labels, serial number, or any accompanying accessories such as manuals, freebies, combos, etc.
  • Products that are not covered under the manufacturer's or seller's warranty.
  • Products that have been used or altered in any way.
  • Free products provided by the brand.
  • Requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges initiated after 10 days of order delivery are not valid.

Cancellation of Services Policy :

Under Kriya Koach, the 7 day money back period for all service programs begins on the date of purchase.
