Benefits Of Walking Daily

I'll let you in on a secret that everyone should be aware of. You must at the very least walk every day in order to maintain your health. To give you a sense of how crucial exercise is, consider that persons who do not walk daily are unable to even defecate.

This obviously ignores the fact that as you get older, your circulation worsens, increasing your risk of developing health diseases including diabetes, fatty liver disease, and others.

We have all felt guilty at some point in our lives. We know that we have to exercise, at least walk everyday and we never do it.’oh, I'll start on Monday!’ and we never do.

Walking has tens if not hundreds health benefits known to medicine believe it or not it helps us go to the bathroom, it helps us improve heart and circulation, increases blood flow and much much more. It helps lower blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar, triglycerides you name it.

Let me tell you how important walking is and why you should be exercising at least for 30 minutes every single day.

1. It helps you get rid of constipation- this is something that some people don't know but is extremely important. We can't even begin to imagine how people who do not move physically are suffering from constipation without then even knowing it.

our intestines for example have a natural motion that moves stool forward, the only problem is that, this motion greatly depends on the incentive it receives from muscles surrounding our abdomens.

In other words physical activity that includes walking, running or swimming can all promote motion that we pass the stool. There are many people who are constantly worried about these kinds of problems and it is simply because they do not exercise or at least walk enough everyday.

Forget cleaning drinks or eating healthy, if you are not moving you are being intoxicated every single day. Start walking everyday for at least 30 minutes and you will see the difference.

2. Walking puts you in a good mood. Walking or any exercise for that matter is a basic necessity that we need on a daily basis. The human body was made to experience constant physical movement.

There is a substance that is being released when we exercise called brain neurotrophic factor which repairs memory and as a reset switch in our system to make us feel better.

As a matter of fact walking or exercising is a natural treatment for depression. So if you feel low or depressed you need to get moving. It will help you relax, make you feel happier and get better in the process, it even helps you sleep better at night.

3. Walking lowers triglyceride, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels. Every single component of your blood benefits from frequent exercise or walking. Exercise, walking for at least 30 minutes, and people who will eventually get sick with diabetes and heart disease never see these health conditions because they have that physical activity necessary to keep their bodies healthy are the three most dangerous factors that put anyone at risk for these two of the most common health conditions in the world today.

You must understand that every energy source, including triglycerides, triglycerides, and glucose, is being utilized up and burned efficiently, thus 30 minutes a day will prevent the accumulation of all these in your body.

4. You've probably experienced firsthand how exercise improves memory. You should go for a stroll every day if you're always cheerful, have trouble remembering where you put your keys, find it tough to remember names or anything else involving memory.

Just so you know, a 2014 study discovered that aerobic exercise, such as running, swimming, and walking, can expand our hippocampus, which is in charge of memory and learning.

By the way, women are more likely to have a shrinkage in the size of the hippocampus, which is a known risk factor for dementia, so it's especially beneficial for women.

Anyone of us experiences a change in mental alertness when we exercise, even if we feel like our brains are foggy. Or taking a trip to the gym it works after that hour of walking, swimming or exercising in  any way.

5. I don't know if you already knew this, but exercise in general, or even just walking, is important for bone density.

Any kind of physical activity has the capacity to encourage your body to create stronger bones, which is also important for preserving bone strength as you age.

As you can see, our bones are living tissues that are continually adapting to our demands. They adapt daily with our body actions to satisfy our bodies' needs by responding to our vibration, pressure, and strength.

Walking can fulfill daily recommended exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Choose a walking route and daily step goal that’s appropriate for your age and fitness level.

Warm and cool down before walking to avoid injury. Always speak to your doctor before starting a new fitness routine.
