The Kriya Coins program is our Loyalty program that serves as a special way for us to express our gratitude to our cherished customers by rewarding them for their purchases.

How do I enrol for Kriya Coins? +

By default everyone who places an order is enrolled for Kriya Coins. You don’t need to sign up.

What is the conversion of Kriya Coins to Rupees? +

For redemption purpose 1 Coin is equal to 1 Rupee.

How many Kriya Coins will I earn for every order? +

You will earn 2.5% of the total order value (minus additional shipping paid)

How do I know how many Kriya Coins do I have? +

While we are working on our Kriya Coins Dashboard, Please write to us at info@kriya.fit to know how many Kriya Coins you have.

When will the coins be credited? +

The coins will be credited to your account 10 days after delivery.

How to redeem coins? +

Once the number of coins cross 100, you will get a form over Email / WhatsApp where you can choose to redeem points against gift cards for the following brands which can be used on the respective websites. KriyaFit, Myntra, Amazon, Zomato, Swiggy, BigBasket. Once you fill in the form, the gift card will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Is there any minimum value to redeem Kriya Coins? +

You need to have a minimum of 100 Kriya Coins to redeem any gift card.

Can I return the gift card to KriyaFit? +

Unfortunately, refund of gift cards is currently not available. We will try to add this functionality to KriyaFit in due course. KriyaFit points once redeemed are non refundable.

Can the gift card be of any denomination? +

Gift card will be in denominations of ₹ 100/-
